?? What You'll Be Doing

This position is primarily focused on billing reconciliation and expense management, with approximately:

? 75% Billing & Expense Auditing
? 25% Administrative Support

Your Day-to-Day May Include:

  • Reviewing invoices, receipts, and travel-related expenses
  • Auditing charges to ensure accuracy and authorization before client billing
  • Identifying billing discrepancies and researching resolution options
  • Reconciling expenses within Oracle
  • Communicating with drivers, hotels, rental car companies, airlines, and vendors
  • Partnering with internal teams to resolve billing questions and discrepancies
  • Tracking and documenting expense-related issues
  • Managing a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy
  • Supporting administrative tasks that keep the department running smoothly

? Has Oracle experience (a plus, but we'll train the right person!)
